Frequently Asked Questions

Services

I'm interested in a service, how does it work?

If you find a service that suits you and you would like to find out more, we have two options available. 1. You can email admin@sraservices.co.uk or fill in a Service Request Form.with a description of the work you would like us to assist you with. 2.When we have received your request form or email, you will receive an email in response, confirming we have received your request. (Please allow up to 48hrs for confirmation). Once you have received confirmation that we have received your request, the VA will go through your requirements and send an email explaining the next steps. 3. Once yourself and the VA is satisfied for the work to go ahead. The process will begin.

I no longer need a service I requested, but the VA has already proceeded. What happens now?

If you find yourself, no longer needing a service you have already requested, please send an email to admin@sraservices.co.uk stating this. Once we have received your email, all work on your request will cease immediately. Once the work has been stopped, you will only be invoiced for the duration of the job, when it was active. There are no cancellation charges/fees for requesting a job to be stopped. If the job was not active (not started) then there is nothing to be paid! It's as simple as that.

I don't see a service I need. What do I do?

Don't worry, send an email stating which service you would like. If I am unable to provide the service, I will let you know what I can do to help you. On a rare occasion where I am unable to provide a service, I will take note and consider providing the service a possibility, in the future. S.R.A Services also works with other trusted companies, who are able to provide different services. If a service you requested better suits our associated companies, with your permission, I can refer you to them.

Which delivery service do you use? Is it secure?

*DUE TO COVID-19 I AM UNABLE TO ACCEPT DOCUMENTS AT THIS TIME* I currently use Royal Mail for our delivery service. When sending documents to S.R.A Services, I recommend all documents to be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a guaranteed delivery by 1pm the next working day and is a tracked service. If you decide you would not like to use the Royal Mail Special Delivery then Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class is another option. This a 2-3 working day delivery service, which requires a signature. This will ensure that there is confirmation there has been a successful delivery. All delivery expenses will be included on the invoice.

Invoices

When I receive my invoice, how long do I have to pay?

When the service is complete, you have 7 days from receipt of your invoice, to send your fees due, to S.R.A Services.

What happens after I have paid the invoice?

After you have paid the invoice, you will receive an email, attached with a completed invoice. This will show that your balance is now cleared. Once that has been sent, our agreement is complete.

Rates

I own a business and I am also a sole trader. Which rate would apply?

Business Rates If you own a registered business and the services you have requested will be paid for from the business account, you will be charged business rates. For example: You own a tutoring company called 'Tutor You' and you have requested S.R.A Services to assist with administration. Once the tasks has been completed, S.R.A Services will invoice 'Tutor you' the business, not the individual. Please note: Business Rates only apply if the business is registered with Companies House. If your business is not yet registered, you will pay 'Individual Rates'.

I'm self employed but my business is not registered?

Individual Rates If you are self employed/sole trader and your business is NOT registered you will be charged individual rates. For example: You provide tutoring on a self employed basis called 'Tutor You Too' and you have requested S.R.A Services to assist with administration. Once the tasks has been completed, S.R.A Services will invoice you the individual, not the business. Please note: Individual Rates only apply if the business is NOT registered with Companies House. If your business is registered, 'Business Rates' will apply.
